Isn't this the most beautiful baby EVER?

Yay, we had our 2nd ultrasound today at 10 weeks. The baby is doing great, currently measuring 10 weeks 2 days so right on schedule. The heart is beating strong and fast at 176 beats/minute (if you go by the old wives tale we're having a little girl...we'll be happy either way). She/He was very sleepy today but she/he decided to reluctantly wake up with the Dr's help....and gave us a little wave! And yes it was the sweetest thing ever to see our little baby waving. As you can see our little baby is growing to be a beautiful/handsome baby (Yeah, I know she's looking a bit like an alien right now...but you will see we will have the most beautiful baby EVER...and no I'm not biased).

And, being everything is looking good I get to start weaning off the lovely meds! We'll go back for another peek at our precious baby in 2 1/2 weeks (Jan. 22).
