It's time to bake a batch of these yummies
And the best part is they're a Weight Watchers recipe so they're not that bad...unless of course you eat the whole batch. But who would do that? Not me of course!
Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffins
(only 1 point each)
(only 1 point each)
1 box of Spice cake mix
15 oz can of pumpkin
1 cup of chocolate chips
Do not add the eggs, oil, etc that the cake mix tells you to add, the pumpkin is enough to keep them moist. Bake for about 18-22 minutes in a 350 degree oven. You have to make 24 muffins in order for them to be 1 point. Or you can always make 12 LARGE muffins and make them 2 points each. SO YUMMY!
