It's Just One of Those Mondays...

After what feels like a busy (and wonderful) weekend I feel as if I have nothing to "really" blog about except random tidbits from my busy life.

This past weekend was packed full between celebrating Maddox & Emma's cousin(and my niece) Paisley's 2nd Birthday and homecoming at church. But of course as usual I skipped on the photos. Needless to say I was too busy chasing a 2 year old & keeping a 6 month old happy to snap photos.

So, instead you will find my Monday blog post full of random tidbits...

Remember when I posted about the 'ol so famous Erin Condren planner, HERE, well I coughed it up & bought me one. Now, I'm ever so anxious for Fed-Ex to deliver. I seriously can't wait to find out what all the raving is about. Plus with the $25 off code I couldn't help but to give it a try.

Another random tidbit...
Maddox has been quite the creative & imaginative one lately. From make believing that he is eating cake to drawing he has been one creative little boy. And unfortunately not always coloring/drawing in the right places.
So last week when he got in to the Sharpie drawer (which has since been moved)
I wasn't surprised to find his face his newest piece of artwork.

Thanks to being a nurse with pockets full of alcohol swabs it came right off.

We have also been trying to enjoy the cooler (80 opposed to 100) weather lately...
from mowing the yard

to enjoying our swingset

Also, do you notice his blanket...sometimes I can get him to leave it behind. And other times he pitches a fit to bring it along.

I also received these lovelies in the mail today...

along with a set of zebra ones. Now to see if I can figure out how to make the toes pretty.
