He talks up a storm & has such a crazy & fun personality. I feel like it's been so long since I "just" blogged about him and I want to be able to look back and see what we were up to...
- We know most of our colors...and I'm pretty sure my son is the only one that thinks John Deere is a color. What can I say, he loves John Deere.
Me: "What color's the grass"
Maddox: "John Deere". Haha, you get the point.
- We pee in the potty ALL day long but when it comes to pooping that's another story. He will ask for a "diaper" aka pull-up and if I don't put it on him then he will simply get it himself. He will go in his room, shut the door & poop. Ummm, I have tried everything from bribery to discipline but I can't manage to get him to poop in the potty. Any suggestions/help?
- We love watching 4-wheeler, tractors, lawn mower, etc. videos on You-Tube
- We still LOVE to play outside.
Last week we headed to Walmart to purchase a pool! And everyday since...we have been swimming.
He loves anything John Deere so I promised him if he was good in Lowes he could look at the lawn mowers. Haha,, it's the little things... Love it when life is so simple.
Note his green shirt, haha. He LOVES this shirt and LOVES to pair it with a pair of green athletic shirts. Hey, I told you he loves "John Deere". After our pool trip he asked to please go to the "Frog store" aka Sweet Frog.
I can't believe we're almost 3! Oh my, where did the time go?!?!?

What a cutie! Boys are so fun in their own ways.
I wouldn't stress about the potty. I try to let my kids learn in their own time, and they've all managed just fine. If he's 5 and still pooping in his room, then you may have a problem ....
Elijah does the same thing, Stephanie. He will go pee in the potty all day long but he won't poop in the potty. He says that he can't. I think it may have to do with position. He's always pooped standing up and now I want him to poop sitting down. If you find a solution...let me know!
