Here's my Favorite Salad Recipe
and one of my favorite soups
Garden Stew
2 (14 oz) can chicken broth
2 (12 oz) cans tomato juice
1 1/2 cup chopped, cooked chicken
1 (12 oz) can whole kernel corn (drained)
1 (10 oz) pkg frozen lima beans (thawed)
1 medium onion, chopped
2 small potatoes, peeled & chopped
1/2 c. finely chopped celery
1/2 c. finely chopped carrots
1 1/2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 bay leaf
3/4 tsp garlic salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 Tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
Comine all in a large Dutch oven (I have done it in a crock pot as well). Bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
