7 Months

Oh my goodness, I totally forgot to do a 7-month post. But I will give myself the excuse that I was working Sunday on his 7-month Birthday. And I also forgot to do the 7-month "photo shoot" and of course we're currently down for our morning nap...but later IT WILL HAPPEN (in 3 or 4 hours). And we'll just have to have a whole new post. Hehe. So, what are we up to at 7 MONTHS.....

  • We weigh 18 lbs 2 oz (50%) and are 28 inches (90-97%)
  • We wear size 3 diapers
  • We wear a few 6-9 months (quickly outgrowing them), 6-12 months & 12 month clothing
  • We nurse 3 x/day and eat solids 3 x/day
  • We have pretty much tried EVERY vegetable & fruit and don't have any dislikes. Of course we love some more than others but haven't hated anything. We love oatmeal with bananas in the mornings & YoBaby yogurt.
  • We just recently started drinking juice (watered down) from our sippy cup and love plain water as well.
  • We love to snack on cheerios, puffs, little crunchies, yogurt melts.
  • We are a PRO at the army crawl. We can take 2 or 3 "moves" totally upright but then fall back down to the army crawl.
  • We LOVE the remote control & can clear a room VERY FAST to get it
  • We sleep 12+ hours at night, getting up between 9-9:30 every morning. We still take a morning/noon nap which can range anywhere from 2-4 hours.
  • We love to talk saying "dada", "ehhh", "blahblah"
  • In the last week we have accomplished the sitting to crawling AND crawling to sitting pose
  • We have 2 teeth on the bottom

And just because no post is complete without pictures....here is a picture from yesterday of Maddox's new game that I mentioned.

This is pretty much what you see when you look into "Little M's" room lately

PEEK-A-BOO...Hey Mom!

I can remember when Colton first started playing this game. He still plays it, but we'd rather have a old-fashion sock fight (aka pillow fight). He just loves the fact that he can throw them. Oh...boys!
