My Totally Random Saturday Post....

After not "blogging" in awhile I have some totally random things to blog. In no particular order either...

Lately, I feel as if all I do is work. And honestly it's all I can do to keep up with the reviews/giveaways. I just love sharing all the goodies with you but I have decided it's time to drop down to an average of 3/week. You will be happy to know I have giveaways/reviews pretty much scheduled through the end of November. So all of you that love them there will still be plenty...

But I feel as if I don't "really" blog anymore which loses the real reason I started my blog. To somewhat scrapbook my life and stay in touch with family & friends. And as sad as it might be I don't think my life is interesting enough to just blog about that. But I would like to do a combination at least.

But on to other random things...

After wanting a pair of Toms FOREVER I finally bought me a pair.And double score because they're in houndstooth which I love. Now, I'm just hoping I bought the right size. So far they're not as comfortable as I would like. But of course I already have my eye on a few other pairs.

And talking about shoes, I couldn't resist ordering Emma a couple pairs of adorable shoes from Totsy after seeing them over on In This Wonderful Life's Blog

And of course I couldn't resist the little furry ones.

And of course at only $7 a pair, why not?

Aren't they just adorable.

And I also came across this cute outfit from Puddin Pie's Boutique (different from the giveaway I'm hosting) on facebook for sale and I couldn't resist. Won't it look super adorable with her monogram.

Now I feel as if I need to find Maddox something cute....
Hmmm, the life of having 2 kids.

Talking about Emma, can you believe she'll be 8 months old this week. So sad. I already miss having a little baby but don't get any ideas. I'm definitely not ready to have another one yet. One day....

Talking about babies and this week...I'm hosting a baby shower for a very good friend. So, of course I've been brainstorming on pinterest and can't wait to share the final results.
I'm really started to get the hang of pinterest?

Last week Maddox decided he wanted to start using the potty. And boy was I happy. I thought we were on the road to potty training. In fact he even pooped in the potty. Perhaps TMI, but hey it's a big deal!!! But........this week we're not doing so hot. It's as if he no longer cares about going. Major bummer. Any tips mommas out there? I would love to have one less in diapers.

And because I can't end a post without a cute picture of my kids....
well just Emma for now peeking through the gate at the top of the stairs.

I almost feel bad that I don't have a picture of Maddox to post...next time.
