Emma Lou is the BIG ONE

well almost, Tuesday is her actual birthday but we decided to celebrate yesterday with an owl themed party. I can hardly believe a year has passed. I'm so sad to see my sweet baby girl grow up but at the same time I'm excited to see what God has in store for her.

So, get ready for some picture overload...and for those that follow me on pinterest get ready to see my pinnings come to life, lol. Seriously, how could I ever plan a party without it.

 We decided to have her party this year at our church fellowship hall & boy am I happy I did.
It's so much easier...no cleaning the house before, after and in between.

The party was decked out in turqouise & pink for my sweet little princess.

The party guests enjoyed cake & ice cream. And boy was the cake delicous. Bottom tier was 5 flavor pound cake & the top strawberry sponge. YUMM! And to complete the look the adorable cake topper was made by Arts by Khary (full review to come)
