to exercise (just needed to get that one out). I have consistently been exercising anywhere from 30 minutes-1 hour 6 -7 days/week for almost 2 weeks now. That is pretty much a record for me. You would think that by now I would have learned to love it or at least like it but nope. But, I really want to lose weight and that's about the quickest way I know to do it. If anyone knows any secrets I'm up for them (PLEASE). I am happy to say that I have already lost 30 pounds since I had Maddox but I'm no where near my goal. I think I have a pretty good start for only 6 1/2 weeks. Now, before everyone starts freaking out, all of this is not just baby weight it is also the fertility meds. And I also must add that every pound is worth it for this cute and adorable little boy.
Well, off to do an hour of cardio....WISH ME LUCK!
Just needed to vent a little today.

I couldn't agree with you more!! I hate exercising too!! Only I have no willpower or self discipline to make myself do it, so you are WAY ahead of me!!! I have recently started watching what I am eating. I have cut back my calories ALOT because I know what I was consuming before was a horrible amount!!
Oh how I am the same way! I forced myself today to do p90x and let me just tell you, I am worn out! I'm 3 months post baby and I still have 15 to go! I am not the lucky mom that breastfeeds and it all just magically dissapears! :( Way to go on the work outs!
